Scan data is rebuilt into parametric 3D models and 2D production drawings, with correct ISO/DIN tolerance classes applied for fitment.

Stress, thermal, and fatigue analysis identifies why the original part failed, and where geometry or material can be improved.

Certified Manufacture

The reconstructed design is machined, tested, and inspected under full process control, closing the loop from worn part to certified original.
